  • Review screens, reports and system behaviour during testing.
  • Keep login details confidential and use strong passwords.
  • Ensure business data entered into the system is accurate and lawful.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Delayed payments may affect project timeline, hosting renewal, support availability or system access where applicable.

Hosting and Third-Party Services

Some projects may use hosting providers, domains, payment gateways, SMS gateways, WhatsApp services or other third-party tools. Their availability, pricing and rules are controlled by those providers, and changes may affect the project or monthly charges.

Support and Maintenance

Support covers agreed bug fixes, guidance and maintenance based on the selected plan. New features, new reports, major workflow changes or changes caused by external services may require additional cost.

Intellectual Property

Website content, designs, code, templates and system structures created by RAR Royal Services remain protected unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive usage rights for the delivered system according to the agreed project scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAR Royal Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use, software use, downtime, data entry errors, third-party service issues or delays outside our control.
