How to Order (Sri Lanka)
RAR Royal Services currently serves customers within Sri Lanka only. Follow the steps below to place your book and printing orders through the website.
Browse & add to Order List
Go to the Books page and select the titles you need.
- • Click “Order List” on each book or combo to add it.
- • You can mix single books and combo offers in the same order.
- • When you’re ready, use the Order List button (top or bottom of the site) to review your items.
Confirm your details & save the order
On the Order List page:
- • Check the list, update quantities, or remove any item.
- • Select your country code (for Sri Lanka choose LK +94), then enter only the mobile / WhatsApp number without the leading 0. Example: +94 77 123 4567.
- • Fill in your full name, email (optional) and city / town (within Sri Lanka).
- • Paste your Google Maps link or click “Use my current location” to auto-fill it. This location link is required so we can confirm delivery for your area.
- • Add your detailed delivery address and any notes (school, institute, special needs, etc.).
- • Finally, click “Place Order (Save in System)”. Your order will be saved with an Order # reference.
We contact you to confirm
After the order is saved, our team in Sri Lanka will review and contact you.
- • We check stock availability for each title and any combo items.
- • We verify your delivery area using your address / Google Maps link.
- • You will receive a message via WhatsApp / phone with:
- – Final total with delivery charges.
- – Payment instructions and any options available.
- • Once you confirm payment / arrangements, we prepare and dispatch your order.
Payment options (within Sri Lanka)
- Bank transfer / online deposit to our Sri Lanka account (details shared after confirmation).
- Cash payment for local pickups where available (if agreed in advance).
- For bulk / institutional orders, we can discuss special pricing and arrangements.
Exact method depends on your location and order size. Our team will guide you clearly during confirmation.
Delivery within Sri Lanka
- Island-wide delivery is usually possible via courier / post.
- Delivery fee depends on weight, quantity and location (Eastern, Western, etc.).
- For schools / institutes, we can coordinate bulk delivery to a single address where practical.
At the moment, we do not ship outside Sri Lanka.

The map link is required so we can check coverage, estimate delivery charges accurately and share clear directions with delivery partners. Without a valid Google Maps link, we are not able to confirm your delivery through the website form.
Yes. Please mention your organisation name and approximate quantity. We can discuss special pricing and delivery arrangements for institutional and bulk orders.
After you place the order on the website, our team will check stock and reply via WhatsApp or phone with confirmation, alternatives (if needed) and the final amount with delivery.
Yes, you can message us directly (especially for quick questions or small orders), but using the website Order List helps us capture your titles and address clearly, avoid mistakes and gives you a proper order reference number.
